Warriors at Ease at Kusala Healing Arts
The Warriors at Ease (WAE) program is designed to be accessible, flexible, and welcoming to veterans, active-duty and reserve service members, and their families.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness practices or have experience with stillness and movement, this program meets you where you are to support your journey to greater well-being.
Schedule
WAE sessions are held once a month and last for about an hour. Each session includes a meditation practice with breathing and grounding exercises, a group sound bath, and somatic awareness activities such as Qi Gong and deep stretching. These practices help you stay centered, balanced, and move through your day with greater comfort and ease.
Location
Sessions are offered both in-person and online for your convenience.
- In-Person: Join us at Soul Wellness in Mooresville, NC, for a supportive and relaxing group environment.
- Online: Participate via Zoom from the comfort of your home. This option ensures that distance or mobility challenges don’t stand in the way of your well-being. Please note that Zoom attendees must notify and register at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the link is ready and sent out prior to the class start time.
Cost
These classes are offered on a donation basis, inviting you to contribute what feels right for you. This approach ensures the Warriors at Ease program remains accessible to everyone while supporting its continued availability to the community.
